  8. disconnected, and two others bridged), plus an upgrade to the revision of
  9. a surface mounted (ie not generally a DIY job) chip.  The chip is U209
  10. revision -01 to -02.

  12. 3.2 equals 3.1, but with an even later version of U209 (-03).

  14. Basically, the problems with the earlier versions were principally to do
  15. with DMA.  Sometimes, DMA would lock the bus, and not return control to
  16. the CPU, leaving it in a wait state.  Revision 3.1 of the A3640 is fine in
  17. general, but 3.2 makes it absolutely perfect.
